Last chance to apply for Central Lowestoft Pride in Place Board

🚨⏰ Last chance to apply! The deadline to apply for the new Central Lowestoft Pride in Place Board is tomorrow.

This is a major opportunity to help shape how £20 million of investment is used in Central Lowestoft over the next 10 years.

🎉 Lowestoft Pride in Place also has its new Chair.

Mel McGee has been appointed to chair the board. Mel grew up in Lowestoft, built a successful career in advertising, and is passionate about bringing new ideas, energy and long-term change to the heart of our town.

Now Mel is looking for local people to join the Central Lowestoft Neighbourhood Board: a team of local champions who will help shape how this once-in-a-generation investment is used.

If you live or work in Central Lowestoft and want to make a difference, apply by sending a short statement, video or voice note explaining:

  • your connection to the area

  • what you’d bring

  • what you’d like to see happen

📆 Deadline: 22 May 2026
